exercise system. Gentle and easy to learn, Qi Gong promotes
circulation, good health, and relaxation. Wear loose

Learn
how to create a fun and informative field journal
of your plant discoveries. Plant journal can be
done with tools as simple as a pencil and eraser, or
you can enhance your journal with color. For this
class, you will need:
- An unlined, blank journal
- A selection of drawing pencils (HB,
2B and #B) plus a mechanical pencil for taking notes
- A kneaded eraser and pocket sharpener
- Hand lens for detail
- Water colors (optional)
- Portable chair or stool (or borrow
a Heathcote folding chair)
- Lunch - water - hat
