Join us for one of our Art workshop where participants will create beautiful masterpiece under the guidance of Elizabeth Graham and Jeanne Johansen with the Fort Pierce Art Club. You will learn about basic techniques and apply them as you create a beautiful piece of art in that months medium. Add to that the bragging rights you created the masterpiece yourself in the tranquil Bonsai Pavilion or on the patio of our over 100 years old  Heathcote House and how could you not sign up to join the fun!

Your instructors will guide you step by step to create your very own masterpiece. Class size is limited allowing participants to ask questions and receive feedback as you embark on your art journey. You do not need any previous art experience to attend. You will be taking home your artwork at the end of the class.

This class is held outdoors in Heathcote’s Bonsai pavilion or patio so we will be subject to natures’ whims. Furthermore, the pavilion provides basic shelter from rain and sun while the patio offers shade and excellent morning lighting. We suggest wearing weather appropriate clothing and be aware you may be using paint and there is the risk of accidental transfer to clothing.

The class space is limited to 10 participants and is open to all ages, any participants under the age of 16 must have an adult signed up to participate as well. The cost is $50 for non-members and $40 for members. Sign up online at www.heathcotebotanicalgarden.org  to reserve your seat!
