Explore Heathcote Botanical Gardens through professionally guided or self-guided tours!

You can arrange guided group tours for 6 or more people at Heathcote Botanical Gardens!

  • Guided Tours are conducted Tuesday-Friday throughout the year.
  • Group tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance!

Why book a guided group tour with us?

  • Hear about the rich history and learn about all our beautiful plants from the experts!
  • We’ll make sure you don’t miss everything the garden has to offer, showcasing hidden beauty and nooks within the garden.
  • We offer large group discounts for over 20 people!

Cost for a guided group tour is $15.00/adults; Children 6-12 is $8.00. We do offer large group (20 and over)  discounts with advanced booking.

Heathcote Botanical Gardens offers specialty and recurring tours to suit your interests!

Bonsai Collection Tour:
Occurs when the curator is onsite, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Tour the James J. Smith Bonsai Collection, meet the curator and hear the history of the collection.

  • *November-May.
  • Call for more information or to schedule your groups private tour.
  • Minimum group of 10 required to book a private tour.

A walk in the Garden:
every 3rd Thursday of each month, 11:00 am

Heathcote’s Horticulturist or docent share highlights of the plant galleries of Heathcote.
