Garden Rentals

Rent our tropical garden for your special event!

You can rent Heathcote Botanical Gardens’ outdoor space for:
  • Weddings
  • Meetings
  • Parties
  • Other social gatherings
Before making your reservation, we encourage you to visit the garden and meet our staff!

Garden rental reservations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance of your event. A deposit is required before the reservation is final.

Important Event Policies

  • The garden can accomodate a mximum of 300 people per event
  • When events are scheduled within normal operating hours, the grounds will remain open to the public
  • Events scheduled outside normal operating hours incur an after-hours fee.
  • Depending on the size and nature of the event, Heathcote may be able to provide tables and chairs. Please reach out for more information.
  • Please plan to bring only unbreakable drink containers.
  • Heathcote will provide electrical outlets, trash containers, and recycling bins. Dumpsters are provided for events over 6 hours with 50+ guests.
  • To greet the newlywed couple or gueat of honor, blowing bubbles or releasing butterflies are encouraged. Confetti, birdseed and rice are prohibited as they create a garden nuisance. Please reach out to the garden office for approcval if you are considering any other greeting activities.
  • Heathcote is a SMOKE FREE environment.
