Heathcote Botanical Gardens is preparing for our spectacular 2026 Garden of Lights, and we’re inviting food and beverage vendors to be part of the magic!
Each December, our gardens transform into a beautiful holiday wonderland filled with dazzling lights, festive displays, and thousands of visitors looking to make special holiday memories. With more than 10,000 guests expected throughout the event, Garden of Lights is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your business to new customers, connect with the community, and serve guests enjoying an unforgettable evening at Heathcote.
2026 Garden of Lights Dates and Hours
Our event will take place on the following evenings:
- Friday, December 4
- Saturday, December 5
- Sunday, December 6
- Friday, December 11
- Saturday, December 12
- Sunday, December 13
- Monday, December 14
- Friday, December 18
- Saturday, December 19
- Sunday, December 20
- Saturday, December 26
- Sunday, December 27
Event Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Food trucks and vendors must arrive by 4:30 PM on their scheduled evenings and be fully set up and ready to serve by 5:30 PM.
Vendor Fees and Special Discounts
We offer several participation options to make joining us convenient for your business.
- Individual Night: $125 per night, plus applicable tax.
- Three-Day Weekend: $325 for the weekend.
- Weekend Plus Monday: Monday is included in the weekend price for the December 11-14 option.
- All 12 Nights: Receive a 15% discount off the total vendor fees.
Whether you can join us for one evening, a full weekend, or the entire event, we’d love to have you!

- Billboard advertisements.

- Weekly December newsletters featuring participating vendors.
- Social media posts tagging and highlighting our vendors.
- Individual listings on our online event calendar showing the evenings each vendor will be attending.
We want our participating vendors to receive exposure, connect with new customers, and have a rewarding experience while being part of this special holiday tradition.
We Believe in Variety and Vendor Success!
We carefully limit the number and types of food trucks participating each evening. We do this for two important reasons.
First, we want our guests to enjoy a great selection of food, beverages, coffee, and desserts without having multiple trucks offering exactly the same things.
Second, we want our vendors to have the best opportunity possible to succeed. By thoughtfully balancing the types of vendors attending each evening, we can help create a better experience for everyone.
We love having a variety of local businesses represented and want each vendor to feel that their participation is worthwhile!
Please note: Vendor spaces are limited, and requested dates are subject to availability and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement until your dates have been confirmed by Heathcote Botanical Gardens.

Because we limit the number of vendors each evening, we encourage you to submit your application early!
