Nature Journaling: An Epic Adventure at Heathcote Botanical Gardens!

Looking for an unforgettable summer activity for your child that combines creativity, education, and the great outdoors? Heathcote Botanical Gardens is thrilled to announce “Nature Journaling: An Epic Adventure”, a weekly nature journaling experience designed especially for children ages 5–12!

Led by the inspiring Lani Bartsch, ESE instructor at Willoughby Learning Center, this magical journey will nurture your child’s artistic and observational skills through themed nature experiences every Friday, starting June 13 through July 25 (no class on July 4). Each session builds upon the last, creating a progressive learning adventure that culminates in a nature-filled keepsake journal.

Schedule of Weekly Adventures:

Each participant will receive a beautiful nature journaling book at their first class. This book becomes the canvas for their discoveries and must be brought back each week. Additional books can be purchased onsite for $6 or online here.

Free admission for 2 adults and 4 children per registration! We suggest a $5 donation to help cover the cost of the journal.
